Aromatherapy has been an interest of mine for over 20 years now.
I use only good quality pure essential oils, across a wide range of applications such as: inhalation/vaporisation (e.g. oil burner), massage, skin care and general well being. My box of oils also doubles as a little medicine cabinet.
Remember to store your oils in a cool, dry place.
